that means no babysitter so no friday ritual of shopping in the city with my sister.  she still went but i actually did some shopping online this week.  these sandals that i'm so in love with are one of my purchases.  i actually almost waited too long for these to go down to a more reasonable price when they sold out.  i seriously stalk zara online to see if my size pops up in things that are on my wishlist.  i'm a 7 or 7 1/2 at zara and when these popped up in 6 1/2 i took a chance and snagged them.  little did i know that these sandals ran big so i totally lucked out.  ...my love for zara just never stops growing...hehe

i was so excited when i was asked by albeit jewelry to choose any piece that i'd like.  as you know i love simple everyday jewelry/accessories so this was perfect for me.  it was hard choosing between a couple of letters and symbols but 'c' would mean more to me because that's what my husband's and all my children's names start with.  i love how it's supposed to hang kind of sideways and i could imagine passing it down to my girls one day too.
also, unless you don't already follow my instagram you probably have seen this blouse a few times already. it is currently one of my favorite pieces.  i thought i was over scarf prints but this one has paisleys and i could never be mad at paisleys.

my favorite top this summer + white cutoffs + these zara wang look alikes, easily my favorite look of the moment...as done here again on my IG last week.  i didn't mean to do this white on white look on more white but the backdrop i originally had in mind was just not working.  i kind of like how this worked out.  

i really wanted to wear silver accessories (found a lot of really cute ones here) because i have been working on my silver collection.  hopefully i can start showing them soon!

these are pieces that - either separate or together, i'd wear a lot.  i already do wear this top so much.  if i were to base it on ppw or price per wear, it would be down to cents.  and that's pretty good.  i got these shorts about a month ago and these boots at the sale last friday.  i was surprised to see them there since they sold out this past winter.  ...last ones and in my size - heck yes!  i could see the ppw for these shorts and boots go down to cents too.
